RESPONSIBILITY
? Monitor retail training guideline, policy and discipline rules are followed for all training programs.

? Provide new hire training to new staff to ensure that the new staff have adequate product knowledge and service process to deliver premium service to our client.

? Train up retail team with strong knowledge of the brand, products, and new collections.
给零售团队培训品牌, 产品知识和新产品系列。
? Organize workshops & trainings regarding sales knowledge, selling skills, clienteling skills and motivation。
组织有关销售知识,销售技巧,客户技巧,团队激励的培训课程项目。
? Deliver training programs in high quality, professionally evaluate and follow up training effectiveness.
高质量地完成培训课程,并专业地评估、跟进培训的有效性。
? Translate and proof read training documents to ensure optimal quality for all training materials.
翻译并纠错培训文档,确保培训材料的***质量。
? Provide training logistics like determining the location, time, facilities and training support required for training activities.
做好培训行政,确定培训所需的地点,时间,设备和其他培训支持。
? Closely collaborate with Area Managers of assigned region to set up the leaning goal of retail team, deliver training and coaching programs basing on business needs.
紧密配合所负责区域的区域经理,依据其业务需求设定学习目标,开展培训和辅导项目。
? Visit stores periodically for to check sales knowledge, sales skills, and performance.
定期走访店铺,检查跟进店员的销售知识,销售技巧,和工作业绩。
? Support manager in quality control, cost control of various relevant vendors for training program, venue, printing, meeting, etc.
协助经理做好各类相关供应商(培训内容,场地,印刷,会议)的质量控制和成本控制。
? Partner with in-store trainer to assist in in-store training and follow-up.
与店铺培训小助手紧密合作,在店铺层面协助并跟进日常的店铺内培训。
? Other assigned projects like training video shooting, effective usage of Retail portal, special event support, mystery shopping following up.
其他一些制定的项目,例如培训录像的制作,有效运用Retail Portal的培训资料,特殊活动的支持,神秘访客跟进。
QUALIFICATION
? University graduation with fluent English in both oral and written.
本科及以上学历,英语口语及书面沟通流利。
? Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in retail training, skillful in training, have leadership.
五年以上丰富的零售培训经验,熟练的培训技巧, 有领导力。
? Good communication and interpersonal skill, strong execution, organization and planning.
良好的沟通能力,执行力强,良好的组织计划、能力 。
? Skilled office software operation ability, could adapt to business trip.
熟练的office软件操作能力,能适应必要的出差安排。
