职位描述：
Main areas of responsibilities are:
1. FINANCE & REPORTING:
0）BUSINESS PERFORMANCE: Teamwork & Budget & YEP& Business plan& Board materials: on all line items – delivered.
o Budget（s）&YEP delivered on all line item levels
 a）Be re-active and identify cost & investment overruns by inserting yourself into the process @ senior management level；
b）Be articulate about the challenges to meet our budget（s） submitted on all line item levels；
c）Inspire all stakeholders to timely identify actions points and follow-up till mitigating actions are delivered；
o Strategy, Business Plan（s） &Board materials & Budget Next Year and YEP for current year Work-out & document a comprehensive strategy；
a）Energize & Inspires management team through dialogue sessions；
b）Deliver “best practice” budget process training pack and templates；
c）Document Business Plan（s）
d）Present & Defend next years’ budget（s） with rational assumptions
 e）Timely communicate and follow up with group’s instruction and comments on budget and YEP
f）Prepare board materials pack in a timely and constructive manner

1）. STRATEGIC PROJECTS: understand, support and deliver project（s） required to successfully implement ECCO’s group strategy
o Successful implementation of on time delivered Corporate Project（s）
a）BPC Project（s）；
b）Internal audit
 c）Rolling Budget（s）；
d）Any other defined corporate projects
o Suggested, define & drive any other strategic project（s） defined

2）. BUSINESS CONTROL:
o Compliance – Identify, report opportunities to improve our internal control environment, solve matters timely to avoid any adverse effects on our business where we might not comply with any local rule, tax regulations/ customs and/or regulations as well as non-compliance with group policies & guidelines.
o Audit preparation & Communication: reduced PBC, improved timing, and filing on time；
o Transfer Pricing documentation – ready to manage the Tax bureau；
o Contract preparation and review （Processing fee and Service fee, etc.）
o Compliance managed in accordance with ECCO Group Policy and all local rules & regulations[no adverse effects on our the ”ECCO brand”]
a）Risk management – Identify, document & discuss and matters that might have an adverse effect on ECCO and/or business operations；
b） Ensure that all required contracts are in place and operations run according to these contracts.

3）.IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS: Continuously suggest and work out tangible improvements in ALL areas of our business
o Actual vs Budget – Clear analysis, action plan, engaging & further driving the management team in the endeavour to further develop leadership within ” ECCO Context & Culture”.
o Investment Request Management – Administration & Reporting；
o Improved & documented budget process – engaging & educating all stakeholders；
o People – Train, Coach & develop all finance staff；
2.Stock Control of DANNA & Strategic Business Partners

1）Inventory Accuracy Management [ 0,5% diff and less than USD 25k cost]
o All stock count results formalized & reported within 5 working days
o Monthly stock count reconciliation – accurate reporting & relationship managed
o Monthly Stock count report – formalize reporting matters & clearly articulate issue（s）, control deficiencies and report out action points and deadlines to all stakeholders involved.

Qualification.

1）Finance related bachelor degree.
2） Over 8 years‘experience.
3）Independent, dedicated, composed, cooperative, stress resistant, hands-on and pro-active.
4） Familiar and experienced with PRC GAAP and local import/export/SAFE & tax regulations.
5）Good communicator, good level of written and oral English. 举报 分享

It is located in Xiamen Tong’an Chengnan Industrial Zone, covering an area of 106848 M2 with a total investment of U.S. Dollars 50 millions.
