职位描述：
工作职责
1. 对每日生产过程中发生的不良品进行确认，并填写或审核不合格品报告，协助工程师做出适当处置。
2. 参加每日晨会，汇报生产线生产情况。
3. 协助工程师完成制程变更的确认以及执行，报告：ECO,国产化和一些工艺改良试验。
4. 技术员是产品工程师与生产线操作工之间的接口，技术员必须充分理解工程师的意图，并且准确传达给流水线操作工，并监督该指令被准确执行。
5. 协助生产线及时解决生产过程中的Trouble Shooting问题。
6. 技术员应负责生产线上质量数据的收集，及时向工程师、产品主管、产品经理反应生产线的质量问题。
7. 了解,实行并协助监督ISO13485的执行。
8. 协助设备工程师的日常设备管理工作。
9. 对于在规定时间内不能解决的问题，按“Escalation Process"上报。
任职资格
1. Education, Professional experience:
? 本科学历，机械类或机电一体化专业。


2. Personal characteristics:
? 良好的人际沟通能力，分析判断能力及团对合作精神

3. Languages:
? 普通话：流利的口语与书写
? 英语：能用英语进行简单交流，邮件书写


4. PC-Knowledge:
? 熟悉计算机硬件，有独立装配计算机及系统软件的能力。
? 熟悉WIN2000的英文操作界面,会使用英文的基本文件操作指令。
