职位描述：
Roles and Responsibilities
? Oversee day-to-day e-fulfillment and parcel operations
? Manage operations team and ensure delivers quality and accuracy result according to SOP
? Plan and organize the allocations of appropriate resources and manpower to achieve team targets
? Maintain good working relationships with customers in order to maximize customer satisfaction
? Design solutions and work closely with Programs and Customer Services team
? Maintain good communications with cross-functional teams
? Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
 
Requirements
? Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
? A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience with at least 2 years in supervisory level
? Experience in E-Commerce Logistics or Airfreight Operations are preferred
? Hands-on knowledge in Cargowise, WMS, OMS, Excel and Visio would be an advantage but not a must
? Willingness to learn new subjects from time to time
? Able to cope with fast-pace environment, self-initiative and work independently
? Sense of ownership and commitment to task and time is a definite requirement
? Able to work for long hours and be under pressure
? Good command of both spoken & written English & Chinese and fluent in Mandarin
? Interested in developing career in E-Commerce Logistics industry
