职位描述：
Responsibilities岗位职责:
1、Booking the space.订舱位。
2、Arranging the shipment.安排出货事宜。
3、Coordinate with freight forwarders on the planned estimated time of departure of merchandise according to supplier‘s producing status与货代协调，计划商品出货时间.
4、Prepare daily shipping instruction to Shipping/Warehouse team based on stock availability as well as considering the global customer
order first in first service rule.准备出货指示。
5、Liaise and coordinate with both internal and external parties to ensure shipment moving in time.与各部门联系，确保准时出货。
6、Make logistic arrangement, track shipment and ensure on time delivery in destination.及时跟踪货物运输状态。
7、Weekly track and report realized drop shipment value vs. target；货运周报表。

Requirements任职要求:
1、Colleague or Bachelor degree and have solid 1~2years of shipping experience from manufacturing company；大学以上学历，1-2年制造业厂物流经验。
2、Knowledge in Custom Declaration is preferable； 报关报检知识。
3、Good communication skills and coordination capabilities良好的沟通和协调能力。
4、Fluent in English both written and speaking英语书写良好，CET-4
5、Be skillful in office software, especially Excel熟悉办公软件，特别是Excel
6、Positive attitude, can work with pressure；积极主动，抗压力强。

Tai Ping Carpets (Xiamen) Company Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tai Ping. Located in Haicang Export Processing Zone and designed by Sandrolini, now we have finished construction. The new Artisan Workshop will begin operations from May 2016 producing handmade products for Tai Ping’s global residential, aviation and yacht customers.
The new Artisan Workshop is designed by Paris based Sandrolini Architects, with a focus on functionality, world class design and sustainability initiatives along with optimum work conditions, representing Tai Ping’s commitment to preserve the craft of rug making and offering a superior customer experience.
Production of handmade rugs and carpet will be supported by a high technology dyeing plant and an advanced testing facility to guarantee quality compliance of all materials sourced, manufactured and dispatched from the factory.
