RESPONSABILITIES
Ecommerce management:
? Definition of the ecommerce marketing plan in line with internal policies and guidelines,
? Managing the communications online business partners.
? Definition of product launch schedule according to stock availability, market needs and channels alignment.
? Guarantee alignment with other channels in term of product launches and marketing activities.
? Product management and forecast.
? Tracking campaign results and adapting them in real time with responsiveness and flexibility.
? Ecommerce content supervision, adapting brand and product material to country needs.
Internal Communication:
? Identify digital best practices across the channels to promote the cooperation between areas.
? Ensure operations/logistic department will guarantee on time replenishment according to ecommerce needs.
? Coordinate with communication department in order to guarantee ecommerce platform exposure and traffic from outside marketplaces.
? Be updated on the latest news, technologies and platform evolutions.
? Supporting the apac and global ecommerce team if needed, in order to create efficiencies and synergies between countries.

IDEAL PROFILE
3 years’ experience related to Ecommerce (operations, digital marketing, strategy).
Coming from 3rd party Ecommerce platform/agency is highly preferred.
Understanding of marketing and operational trends of the e-Commerce industry in China (especially Tmall and Alibaba ecosystem).
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Good Excel knowledge.
Excellent communication skills, flexible and proactive.
Fluent Mandarin and professional English.
