职位描述：
-人力资源规划：
1、负责筹划APAX Events人力资源管理制度、建立人力资源管理流程，并负责监控、指导管理制度的执行；
2、全面统筹规划人力资源管理，制定公司人力资源战略规划，并监督实施；
3、构建和完善适应公司发展的人力资源管理体系，强化人力资源管理的专业性和规范性，提升公司核心竞争力；
4、全面负责塑造、维护与传播公司企业文化、使命和价值观；
-招聘:
1、根据现有编制及业务发展需求，协调、统计各部门的招聘需求，编制年度人员招聘计划;
2、开发、维护、评估、分析各招聘渠道;
3、建立后备人才选拔方案和人才储备机制；
-薪酬福利：
1、负责人力资源的招聘、试用、管理和人力成本的控制，确保各部门精简、高效、正常运作，在保证合理编制的前提下，控制工资总额；
2、制定员工的薪资，劳动保护和福利保险管理制度；
3、负责工资、劳动保护和福利保险等审核工作；
-培训与发展：
1、根据公司的总体战略建立培训体系，包括制度建立、资源整合及运作管理；
2、负责人员的培训、考核、奖惩工作、协助有关任免和调配工作;
3、选拔、培养和管理内部培训师，为内部培训师提供咨询和指导，提高培训质量及效果；
- 员工关系：
1、建立和完善公司的员工关系管理体系；
2、制定和完善员工沟通方案，确定沟通的范围、方向和方式，收集沟通数据，分析整理，合理处理员工投诉、内部劳资纠纷；
3、改善员工关系，提升员工的归属感和满意度；
- 行政：
1、全面负责办公室各项行政工作;
2、负责组织行政年、季、月度行政后勤、保卫工作计划。本着合理节约的原则，编制后勤用款计划，搞好行政后勤预算工作；
-其它：
1、公司大型活动的准备、安排、实施、现场控制；

APAX RECREATION
APAX Recreation is committed to creating an in-depth experience tourism destinations with international IP operations platform that sets “Culture" "Sports" "Tourism" “Education" as the core with five pillars as the content - customized travel, content media, health data analysis, sport competition operations and outdoor e-commerce all in one.

Discovery Adventures Park is the Key IP project introduced and hatched by APAX Recreation.

APAX Recreation introduced an international premium IP to China. Creating the world's first Discovery Adventures Park and giving Discovery a new 'LBE' concept - Discovery Comes to Life. The first park location is in Moganshan, Zhejiang China. APAX Recreation brings the content and spirit of Discovery to life with an outdoor lifestyle approach and three main ambition - ecotourism, outdoor sports, and education all in one. And from there, continue to launch more theme parks worldwide.
