Job Responsibilities:
1. To assist the superior to establish and improve the company training, performance appraisal and other human resources system construction;
2. Implementation of the human resources management practices of the operational processes and the implementation of various rules and regulations, with other departments work;
3. To collect relevant labor, employment and other personnel policies and regulations;
4. Develop recruitment plans and procedures for recruitment;
5. Collaborate to carry out new staff training, develop training programs, implement training programs, organize training and training to complete the training and improve the training system;
6. Participate in the management of posts, organize the organization, organize the preparation, review the functions of the department instructions and job descriptions;
7. Responsible for accounting of attendance and salary performance;
8. Responsible for some of the daily administrative affairs of the department, with the superiors to do the work of personnel administration
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above in human resource management or related field;
2. More than three years working experience in human resources;
3. Familiar with the operation of human resources management practices, familiar with the national labor and personnel laws and regulations, and the actual operation and use;
4. Have a good professional ethics, practical and steady, work carefully, strong sense of responsibility, a strong communication, coordination, team spirit;
5. Proficient in the use of commonly used office software and related personnel management software
