职位概述（Job Summary）

Responsible for the operation and measurement skill development on Scan Electronic Microscope (SEM), Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometers (ICP-MS) and Scanning Auger Multiprobe at ZiZu Material Analysis Laboratory.

职责（Responsibilities）

1.Operate the SEM, ICP-MS and Auger Multiprobe at SFAB2 Lab to support all the material analysis requests from SFAB ;

2.As the key developer of the recipe in samples preparation and measurement methodology on those Material analysis tools through daily application to meet the new challenges in Material analysis field.

3.Work with FAB Engineers to help on the material analysis request and provide the technical suggestion by interpreting the data obtained from the material analysis tools.

4.Be responsible to communicate with the equipment vendor or agency for those tools trouble shooting, spare parts purchasing, and PM schedule to ensure the tools being healthy for SFAB analysis requests;

5.Need to plan out the tools yearly budget for management team to keep the tools running including the consuming material purchase.

6.In charge of the material Analysis lab daily safety monitoring and coach the lab technicians to finish the regular services from SFAB requests.

任职资格（Qualifications）

1.Master degree preferred or Bachelor degree with 3 years in the operation on SEM or Auger tools, education background on Material science or Chemistry Science needed.

2.The candidates would be more preferred with >3 year experience in SEM or Auger Lab environment.

3.Be good at in sample preparation skills and logical thinking;

4.Be a quick learner in new material analysis technology;

5.If possible, has been in exposure in Semiconductor Manufacturing Industry

6.Excellent in written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English
