1. Under the guidance of commodity Manager, Sourcing, development and Purchasing function for existing and New Product development / New product transfer in interaction with all related departments and organizations like LOB, R & D, Engineering and NPD Manufacturing with key KPI as timely launch with target achievement of MLO
2. Cost analysis for the quotes received, negotiate and propose to management for price finalization
3. Development of Commodity Strategy plan for XMF Organization meeting expectations of local supply chain requirements in line with Corporate Purchasing and IT Global Purchasing guidelines
4. Ensures to get expected Quality, Service, Technology & Price
5. Self review, monitor and take corrective actions for the individual KPI set by the management on monthly basis
6. Represent inter departmental or inter organizational meetings and deliver the output as expected
7. Handle various Purchasing activities like RFQ, Quote finalisation, Purchase order release, Contract signing and any other as and when arises
8. Resolving any supplier issues related to XMF Organization
