Job Objectives:
Pursue sales leads and achieve the personal sales objectives with the product range of Silicone building protection products, Distributors and selected accounts. In addition, support business development and customer management by initially identifying potential customers, provision of updated market intelligence to supervisor/team, coordination with customer services/ logistics personnel where necessary, assistance in product promotion, etc. Identify and understand market / customer needs and based on this, select suitable products within the comprehensive product portfolio and introduce them to the customers.
Job Responsibilities:
? Business development and customer management: Plan how to establish and maintain account relationships and meet personal sales targets for each assigned account by calling and visiting existing/prospective customers to understand and identify their needs to create a long-term customer supplier relationship. Undertake all activities required to efficiently extending, developing and penetrating the market, such as various technical seminars and design institutes technology promotion activity. Coordinate and work with technical/ customer services/ logistic personnel to solve customer needs/complaints. Draft proposal on sales and marketing, technical solutions to customers. Research, identify and develop existing and potential customer portfolio. Consolidate data on customer needs, including product application, services requirements, buying cycles, delivery schedules and internal regulations like pricing structure for defined, customer credibility/ profiles to help secure/enhance business opportunities and identify future customers.
?contract signing and payment receivable management: Coordinate the personnel of customer services, logistics and inventory control to support the delivery of sales contracts. Update a database of client information, trace the customers' payment process to ensure timely payment of receivables to meet established sales targets and revenue goals.
? Market intelligence: Collect data to establish a database to obtain, update, maintain and evaluate market trends, the application of products/ technology and service needs, etc in order to support identifying new business opportunities. Conduct initial analyses as necessary and requested. Collect and initially analyze data for market research project to develop competitor grid and benchmarking on competitors' positioning and the performance of their competitive products. Informed on market, customer and competitor's activities and product developments and of any pertinent market development,provide and maintain market intelligence to R&D department.
?Support for sales performance/strategies: Coordinate use of external resources, e.g. technical services, marketing communication activities to provide value added services to accounts with the objective to influence selling potential. Develop strong client relationships over time that provide significant inputs to planning company product, price and service strategies.
Qualification and Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Chemistry or chemical engineering / technology.
2. at least 5 years working experience, chemical building materials industry experience is preferred.
3.Strong commercial and logical thinking skills and learning ability, good analysis skill.
4. Good communication and coordination skill, can independently solve problems ability.
5. Strong negotiation skills.
6.Result and customer-oriented, Sound understanding of supply/demand and market dynamics
7.Can work well under pressure, be passionate, internally motivated self-starter, demonstrates a bias for action and able to work with little supervision.
8.Work with accuracy and team work-orientated.
