工作目标：
向销售经理及业务团队提供文书、行政及秘书支持，提供本部门客户服务支持，确保有效的运行的有机氟精细化工产品的商务活动。
岗位职责：
?为销售经理提供行政管理支持和销售团队内部管理支持；
?向销售经理和销售团队在销售业务提供支持，并跟踪工作进度计划；
?确保销售团队和客户之间的和有效的沟通；
?提供支持销售活动,如销售会议、演讲、研讨会和经销商会议等；
?协助销售数据的收集和分析，跟踪目标的实现；制定定期销售报告监控业务情况，将分析结果汇报给销售经理；
?监督货款回收；
?整理日常业务报告,如销售预测,每周的计划,新产品发布和报道,新客户发展报告，让他们轻易用作工具为业务发展；
?简化和改进内部和外部沟通的电话、邮件、文件传递并即时反馈；
?处理部门内部的要求、信息和工作跟进,连同协调和整理各种报告；
?负责销售资料和档案管理，如测试报告、标书、合同和其他相关证书；
?提供秘书支持销售经理。
?其他分配的工作。

任职资格及要求：
1.大专以上学历，至少2年以上相关工作经验，熟悉销售业务;
2.具有较强的商务及逻辑思维能力、分析能力、学习能力；
3.热情，积极主动，在较少的监督情况下良好的执行能力；
4.良好的沟通和协调能力；
5.能承受工作压力；
6.良好的团队合作精神；
7.良好的计算机 技能。
