职位描述：
AWS (Amazon Web Service) is seeking a talented, bias for action and with strong ownership recruiting coordinator intern. This role is part of global AWS talent acquisition organization, and he/she will work closely with a team of Recruiters/RCs in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal person will be able to work effectively with internal/external clients and candidates, possessing great communication skills, having the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy moving forward with interview process under procedural system. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who wants to learn the HR practice from a leading recruiting organization.


Responsibilities
? Scheduling Intern interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates and hiring managers, in some cases arranging travel for visiting candidates
? Support the campus recruitment logistics arrangement, like resume screening, interview feedback collection, prepare the paper works, onsite support and provide the regular reports
? Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems as well as relevant websites & campus BBS
? Assist the FTE and Intern on-boarding process, including the background check materials collection/raise TT and follow up the progress, signing off the agreement and confidential agreement, guiding on Day One preparation and escort to the hiring managers
? Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
? Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status in time
? Take charge of visiting Candidate’s Reimbursement and Agency Service Fee Payment


Basic Qualifications
? Focus on results, responsive follow-up to both candidates and hiring teams
? Good multi-task ability and able to prioritize the works
? Details orientated
? Good skills in both written and verbal English
? Excellent communication skills
? Good team-player


Preferred Qualifications
? Similar HR or admin working experience in MNCs is preferred, passionate with recruitment and campus program
