职位描述：
Job Description:
-Manage merchandise distribution, stock allocation, inventory and merchandise replenishment to achieve optimum sales, sell through and GP%
-Maintain awareness of competitor price point and good understanding of brand and product positioning
-Prepare product training manual and provide regular training to store staff to enable understanding of merchandise strategies as well as the range’s feature and benefit
-Prepare relative sales report
-Support shop opening and communication with Store staff in time
-Follow up all kinds of brand promotion activities
-Assistant manager in daily work.


Requirement:
-Minimum 3 years of merchandise management experience for apparel; experience in kids wear brand preferred
-Good command of Spoken & Written English
-High efficiency and strong analytical skills
-Excellent communication skills to work well with various functions
-Self-motivated and can work under pressure
