1、高级测试工程师需要与中国、美国的开发团队密切合作，在上海安吉星的全球应用平台上设计自动化测试的策略，计划，方法和平台，并开发自动化测试脚本
The Senior Dev Tester will collaboratively engage with development teams in US and China to develop automation testing strategy/plan/approach/design/code for Shanghai OnStar global applications.
2、在测试自动化技能和开发流程上，指导和帮助初级测试工程师
Guide and mentor Dev tester on test automation skills and development processes.
职位要求：
1、全日制本科或以上，· 五年以上自动化测试经验以及系统调优经验
5 + years automation testing and tuning experience;
2、 较强的问题分析以及解决能力
Strong analytical & problem solving skills
3、较强缺陷辨别和分析能力
Strong defect forensics skills
4、熟悉标准软件测试流程，需求评审以及系统影响分析
Familiar with standard software testing process, Requirement review/impact analysis
5、熟练使用测试工具比如：HP ALM,LR,UFT,Mobile center,Seliume,Site Scope,SOAPUI,PLSQL
Efficiency with testing tools like HP ALM,LR,UFT,Mobile center,Seliume,Site Scope,SOAPUI,PLSQL, etc.
6、了解数据通讯原理，包括OSI 和TCP/IP 协议模块，包括无线和有线网络安全
Solid understanding of data communication principles, including OSI and TCP/IP protocol models, including network security for both wireless and wire-line network
7、擅长自动化测试脚本开发，测试执行以及自动化测试框架搭建
Strong automation scripting/execution/monitoring/tuning/reporting capabilities
8、快速学习新技术的能力
Ability to function with new technologies
9、指导和帮助初级测试工程师的能力
Ability to lead and mentor junior Dev tester
