JD:
1. Work with US-based customer or our US colleague to fully understand RFQ from customer, and handle the quotes.
2. Give solutions per your professional skills to customer for new projects development-including but not limits to product specs, performance, reliability, package.
3. Work with vendor to develop new projects to comply with customer’s requirements-including but not limited to delivery time, cost, quality, and product specs
4. Sourcing new suppliers and negotiate with factory for competitive price
5. Cost evaluation
6. Follow up first order till shipment, including but not limited to delivery time, quality, price.
7. Create PS (product specification) and QR (General quality requirement) with quality team for new projects, and PS and QR continuously improvement for old project.
8. Lead preproduction meeting with factory/QC team/QE team to evaluate potential risks for new project, Training QC team for quality requirement and inspection method.
9. Work with quality team and internal lab closely to handle the testing.
10. Lead to handle customer complaint and quality issue if finial inspection failed by QC team.
11. Assisting quality team to evaluate new vendors and drive vendors for the continuously improvement to reach or exceed our requirement.
JR:
1. 熟悉面料，无纺布，以及车缝产品的工艺流程，有工程背景优先，有房车罩工作经验优先。必须条件。
Familiar with fabrics, cloth, non-woven fabric and other soft goods production process flow, engineering thinking, and engineering background and experienced in RV covers is preferable. Soft goods production process is a Solid requirement.
2. 能够在高压下工作，能够适用加班和出差。能独立解决品质异常，分析不良原因。
Willing to work under pressure, overtime occasionally and business trip is required. can work independent in quality abnormal, analyze root cause.
3. 4年以上外贸业务跟单或者采购工作经验,3年以上工厂技术背景。
At least 4 years experience in trading company or buying office as a project manager, sourcing, or merchandiser, and 3 years technical background in manufacture.
4.熟悉美国市场的要求，如加州65 CPSIA
Familiar with US market requirement, such as CP65, CPSIA.
5. 五金塑胶等杂货经验优先
Experience in grocery (hard wares, plastics) is a plus
6. 熟悉ISO 优先
Knowledge in ISO is preferable
7. 英语为工作语言
English is working language.
