This position works in the ODL Learning and Development team. The main mission of the job is to design, develop and manage Corporate Talent Development Programs.
Responsibilities:
? Design and develop Corporate Talent Development Programs
- Conduct customer needs analysis;
- Design and develop program structure and content.
? Manage program deployment, quality and continuous improvement
- Manage nomination and program planning;
- Manage program implementation incl. communication, learning modules, learning assignments, pre/post-learning follow-up, evaluation and report-out;
- Manage resources to deliver the learning modules (external vendors, internal trainer development and management);
- Facilitate learning activities if needed eg. facilitate group coaching sessions.
? Build different communication channels with internal clients (HR, Leaders, Managers and Employees) to ensure -
- timely and open communication for ODL initiated learning and development programs to inform and engage employees, managers and HR community;
- encourage and facilitate internal learning and sharing across-BU/functions.
Education, Technical Qualification & Experience:
? Bachelor degree or above;
? 3 years or above of working experience with at least 1 years in training function in the multi-national company;
? Having experience in managing comprehensive learning development programs from end to end;
? Having experience in training design, delivery or facilitation would be preferred.
Personal Attributes & Competencies:
? Demonstrated expertise in HR and training/people development;
? High sense of accountability;
? Learning agility and creativity;
? Well organized and planning ability;
? Influencing skills;
? Good presentation and communication skills;
? Good mastery of spoken and written English;
? Having fundamental project management knowledge and skills would be preferred.
