职位描述：
Responsibility：
1.Designing teaching plan according to the requirement of A level art syllabus;
2.Adjusting teaching plan based on students’ actual ability;
3.Encouraging students’ interests and stimulating students’ potential in arts;
4.Assessing students’ learning situation regularly and optimizing teaching strategy in line with new trends in A level syllabus;
5.Coordinating with both students admission and teaching management.

Requirement：
1.Bachelor degree or above in arts, fine arts, musical performance,history and other related majors;
2.Ability to teaching students in fluent English with excellent presenting and communication skill,native speaker preferred;
3.Over 3-5 years teaching experiences in A-Level/IGCSE/AP/IB/SAT international courses;
4.Ability to initiate students to get involved in arts learning;cultivate their creative thinking ability;
5.Strong in teamwork,able to work under bilingual(CHN&ENG)work environment;
6.Strong conviction to work on international education industry.
