PURPOSE OF POSITION 岗位职能
The role of the Sales Manager is to dynamically develop new business and develop existing customer business through the pro-active selling of Hettich core products to realize HCN sales strategy and individual sales targets.
销售经理的职责是积极主动地开发新客户以及进一步拓展现有客户,向客户销售海蒂诗的核心产品,以实现公司和个人的销售目标。

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要职责
?Develop new and existing customer business with core products;
?用核心产品开发新客户,拓展现有客户
oOptimized Customer Visit Planning focused on customers, prioritized based on core products
o以优先选择核心产品为基础,优化客户拜访计划。
oProactive CRM Updating with accurate & complete information
o积极主动地更新CRM系统,并确保信息的准确和完整。
oPricing management in accordance with HCN policy
o根据海蒂诗中国的政策做好定价管理。
oCoordinated marketing team engagement regarding strategy to achieve targets
o与市场部积极配合与协调,制定销售战略,完成各项销售目标。
oEnsure you are well trained so that you professionally and dynamically represent Hettich in all business dealings with clients.
o确保很好掌握各项技能,以便更专业地代表海蒂诗公司服务客户。

?Actively engage these actions to ensure completion of your sales targets;
?为确保完成销售目标,主动采取以下行动:
oActively interact with your management to ensure that sales visits are proactively well prepared, core-product target oriented and actively followed-up .
o积极与上级进行沟通,确保以核心产品为导向,很好地制定客户拜访计划并积极跟进。
o100% CRM Input compliance based on HCN requirements
o按照海蒂诗中国的要求,确保CRM信息100%及时录入。
oEnsure focus on AR Management in line with corporate policy
o按照公司政策,管理好应收账款。
oActively leverage HCN Technical/Training Team function as well as use of HCN showrooms for customer training
o积极利用海蒂诗技术/培训团队和展厅,对客户进行产品培训。

?Carry out other duties as directed by your manager.
?在上级经理指导下,履行其他职责。
ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 补充职责
?Maintain HSE safe practices in accordance with Hettich corporate HSE standards.
?根据海蒂诗公司的HSE标准,维护HSE安全测试。
?Share knowledge and continually reinforce positive internal communication with colleagues throughout the Hettich team including Sales Team, Marketing, Procurement / Products, Logistics, Finance and Management.  
?不断加强与海蒂诗其他销售团队、市场部、采购/产品部门、物流部、财务和管理部门同事的内部交流和信息共享。
?Prepare reports where required.
?按照要求准备工作报告。
?Become involved in business community forums
?参与商业讨论会。
