职位描述：
岗位职责：

1. ?Define and Implement Lounge Services
- Analyze market trends and customer feedbacks to add, subtract, modify or improve the range of products and services offered by the Lounge.
- Manage the range of services to continuously provide a unique and luxury experience to our customer, demonstrating our company positioning: “The Finer Things in Life”.
 
2. ?Guest Relations
- Ensure the Lounge provides flawless, upscale, professional and high class guest service experiences.
- Expect and react promptly to guests’ requirements and inquiries. Respond to their needs and anticipate their unstated ones.
- Actively listen and resolve guests' complaints.
- Analyze customer feedback and provide strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating.
- Oversee and coordinate all arrivals and departures of special guests (VIPs, SAs etc).
 
3. ?Quality of Service
- Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure high level service was executed.
- Provide appropriate feedback to the Service Team to ensure the expected service quality standards are met in all services provided by the Lounge.
- Help in search of Mixologists and event performers if needed for any events happening at the Lounge.
- Improve English skills and learn basic service phrases of employees until they are comfortable to serve foreigner customers.
 
4. ?Marketing and promotion.
- Plan and realize effective strategies for the financial well-being of the company.
- Plan and support sales and marketing activities.
- Participate in bringing in corporate clients and ensure we meet or exceed their expectations.
- Deepen relationship with all media to ensure the most effective awareness and exposure of the Lounge.
- Design ads, new promo and posters for wechat / social media.
- Be responsible for PR, advertisement and promotion activities on social and traditional media. Cooperate with Shanghai design team and PR team to ensure the best help possible.
- Managing and organizing advertising and promotion.

 5. ?Event management
- Identifying opportunities for events in Maison Camus.
- Introduce corporate clients MC event capacity and level of organization, find out client budget and expectations, help to tailor-made program for each customer.
- Producing detailed proposals for events (e.g. timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets); agreeing to, and managing a budget.
- Planning the entertainment program, scheduling workshops, thematic evenings and demonstrations.

    Mon-Friday from 14:00 – 21:30, or 17:00 – Midnight depending of guest bookings / events.
  *Some flexibility will be given on request for participating in social events, networking, promoting the venue (1-3 events per month).
