What are my responsibilities?
1.Handle customer order processing, documentation and customer complaints.
负责客户销售订单处理、客户运输协调和客户投诉处理等事宜
2.Assist in month end closing and reporting.
协助进行月底结算和报告
3.Work closely with Sasol supply chain team & logistics providers to facilitate order processing.
协助沙索集团供应链团队和物流供应商的订单流程处理
4.Provide support on new projects including development and standardization of new Asia CS team.
给新项目包括亚洲全新客服团队的发展和标准化提供支持
5.Adhere to procedures and ensure compliance with audit protocol.
遵照流程并确保审计工作的顺利进行
6.Assist Finance Department on VAT, Import duty and Fee payments & perform Admin role in Xiamen office.
协助财务部开具增值税发票、关税和跟踪客户付款情况并负责厦门办公室的行政工作
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1.College and /or University Graduate, major in International Trade or Logistics.
大专及以上学历，国际贸易和物流专业优先
2.2-3 years of working in customer services, logistics coordination or relevant position in forwarding sector.
有2-3年相关领域客户服务，物流协调等工作经验
3.Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
熟悉Word, Excel和PowerPoint等电脑办公软件
4.Knowledge in ordering processing, using SAP system.
熟悉SAP系统操作者优先
5.Effective liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
能够和公司内外部利益相关者进行高效联系密切的联络
6.Good knowledge of imports and exports procedures and documentation.
熟悉进口和出口流程和相关文件处理
7.Proficient in both written and oral Chinese and English.
良好的中文和英文写作和口语能力
8.A self-starter and team player who is able to work independently.
