-management of warehouse daily operation with familiarization of warehouse inbound & outbound operation process, including Waigaoqiao FTZ bonded warehouse operation
process and relative logistics process and 3PL warehouse management experience
- familiarization with WMS and with the knowledge of MM and SD module in SAP
- monitor the warehouse productivity and process optimization (warehouse lean process required)
- monthly warehouse KPI & CPC and relative warehouse cost monitor
- knowledge of warehouse facility and equipment management including warehouse layout, space utilization, equipment maintenance etc
- knowledge of warehouse project management or relative logistics project experience ( have experience of project leading role with priority)
- warehouse operation team management experience including both office staff and warehouse workers and with the ability to organize the team work with efficiency and quality
- strong self-motivation and channel team members' commitment to working towards common objectives
- can complete tasks under adverse conditions and deal effectively with changes in tasks and conditions of work
- good communication and cooperation with external service providers and internal customers (e.g. customer service, sales, financial etc)
- at least 3 years warehouse operation management experience as a warehouse supervisor / manager and relative logistics working experience
- Bachelor degree or above (prefer relative logistics/ supply chain / trading major)
- basic skill requirement: English level at least CET4, good Excel and PPT knowledge and skills
