Job Title: Commercial Manager--Greater China
Organization: Norgistics China
Reports to: Norgistics General Manager--Greater China
Location: Shanghai
Job Responsibility:
1. Set commercial budget and working plan, allocate to each team member according to the overall developing plan of the company.
2. Differentiate customer, set different sales plan for different customer and monitor the execution.
3. Design and maintaine the format of sales report and supervise sales' execution, analyze the report and adjust sales plan based on the performance of each team members.
4. Monitor the performance of each team member, make sure to achieve the commercial budget.

5. Coordinate with the overseas' agents to develop new clients and project cargo.
6. Coordinate with the other departments' (CSR, Accounting, and etc.) to solve the problems in the daily operations, urgent and legal cases.
7. Other tasks assigned by manager.
Job Requirement:
1.College degree. Maritime University would be preferred.
2.More than 7 years' experiences of marine transportation in international freight forwarding and NVOCC industry, with At least 3 years' experiences of frontline sales in international freight forwarding and NVOCC industry, experience of selling freight of China/Latin America or China logistics service would be preferred.
3. At least 3 years' experience of team management (team member should be no less than 5). Management experience at headquarters would be preferred.
4. Be familiar with the entire operating procedure of international freight forwarder (marine transportation, consolidation, and LCL should be a must, both import and export).
