Brand National Sales Manager
The Company
A leader in premium fashion, luxury and sports eyewear is seeking high caliber candidates, who have strong potential to develop along with company business expansion in China.
Location
Shanghai
Position Description
Collaborate with marketing resources and the sales leadership team to define overall sales strategy, and to develop products and solutions responsive to the customer's business.
Develop and implement annual sales plans
Coach Account Executives to build effective staff relationships that enable them to respond quickly to emerging customer opportunities
Travels extensively to meet customers and to coach Account Executives in the field.
Encourage and requires high level teaming and collaboration skills to gain the committed and motivated efforts of in-direct line
Coordinate closely with the Oakley team to ensure the sales force has the materials and information that it requires to promote our products and services.
Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, good command of English and good computer skill
8 plus years of sales experience with not less than 6 years experience in consumer goods wholesale/distribution companies. Retail background is a plus.
Proven success in your sales ability and demonstrable full knowledge of the sales process
Confident negotiator and ability to 'close the deal'
Strong client management skills and ability to keep promises
Open mind, dynamic, persistent, entrepreneur minded, highly self-motivated, mature, result oriented.
Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions
Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation
Excellent organizational and time management skills
