Position Function:
Marketing Research/ Research Analysis/ Consultancy

Job Summary:
Carry out execution, analysis and delivery on assigned market research projects. Coordinate both internal and external resources for the smooth execution of projects. Enhance client satisfaction and assist China Panel services successfully launch

1. Leading and monitoring junior operator's daily operations, performance to deliver Nielsen standard outputs.
2 Develop effective solution to resolve team processing issues.
3 Working with other Nielsen teams closely to improve the whole streamline productivity.
4 Handle and deliver multiple projects in quality and timely order
5 New staffs coaching, training.

Requirements:
Responsible, practical, hard working, professional and adaptable
Formal University graduates Bachelor degree above
Proficient on both Mandarin and English( Oral and Written)
Good communication skills
Working knowledge of research techniques or methodologies in FMCG market will be a plus
At least 4 years working experience and at least 2 years of supervisory level experience
Be interested and sensible in data analysis and willing to have a long term development in this field
Proficient on MS office (Word, Excel,PP, Access etc) in particularly MS Access
Has fundamental Oracle or SQL Developer experience will be a plus
Can work under pressure
