Job Responsibilities:
·To liaise with internal CS teams on all project related items for example understanding project deliverables, gather all necessary project collateral, prepare & follow up on project schedule. Keep CS project team updated on the progress & highlight key challenges on execution.
·Act as advisor to CS members at the time of proposal writing on project execution matters.
·Communicate continuously with GBS functions to keep track of ongoing project progress
·Obtain quote from GBS teams such as DA / Operations while writing proposal. Update quotes as necessary.
·Manage & enter CRPT & PTS data in the system. Generate reports as necessary.
·High process orientation to manage the workflow efficiently & make recommendations for improvement
·Lead team of 2-3 project coordinators to efficiently handle project management function
·Train & develop small team to take up higher project management responsibilities

Job Requirements:
·University graduate with a Bachelor or Master degree
·About 3-4 years (in similar area of project management in service industry)
·Language proficiency in Mandarin (very good) & English (good)
·Good multi-tasking ability
