The role is responsible for leading and developing the Sales and Partnerships in the region. You would be responsible for managing and driving outcomes of the existed partners and clients in the region, and growing new partners and customers in the region.

The role is responsible for leading and developing the Sales and Partnerships in the region. You would be responsible for managing and driving outcomes of the existed partners and clients in the region, and growing new partners and customers in the region.
Location: Shenzhen,Guangzhou,Xiamen,Shanghai,Beijing,Chengdu
key Responsibilities:
1.Plan annual、quarterly and monthly sales activities in the region to achieve sales quota;
2.Design and execute client management and growth strategy, and develop a trustful and long-term cooperation ecosystem in the region;
3.Initiate and manage entire sales cycle, and be the focal point in all relations with a perspective partner or client (information flow and coordination, commitments, etc.);
4.Establish sales forecast; qualify strong sales lead and pipeline with current and potential partners/clients and timely follow up on referrals;
5.Translate market feedback into product requirements, and collect data and information to provide guidance for company’s strategies;
6.Work closely with marketing department to find and develop new opportunities;
7.In-depth knowledge of company's products and services, consistent execution of company's sales methodology;

Key Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree or above; 3+ years of successful software sales experience with a high tech / related industry firm;
2.Demonstrable success/experience in Sales plans development, deal structuring, negotiation and closing, formal agreement/contract development and execution; Focus will be on closing skills and meeting sales goals.
3.Strong motivation for sales,able to successfully leverage resources both internal and external to facilitate sales’activities to reach sales objective;
4.Highly energetic personality who enjoys working in a growing team and dynamic work environment;
5.Good communication and coordinating skills; good team player with result orientation who knows how to make things happen;
6.Good report ability in both Mandarin and English, written and verbal;
