Job Purpose
? Expand sales of Kodak Alaris Information Management branded products/solutions into a specified market through existing, new, and other non-Information Management channels.
? Manage existing and implement new channel relationships consistent with the Information Management channel strategies and in support of annual business objectives.
? Develop and execute individual and reseller sales plans.
? Recruit and develop new partners and the ability to provide accurate sales forecasts to management, and establish Kodak Alaris as the PREFERRED SUPPLIER of Information Management products in a highly diversified and competitive markets.

Job Responsibilities
Achieving Revenue and Profit Targets
? Work Independently to Meet or exceed assigned sales objectives and Quarterly/Annual revenue and profit targets in respective Region from Channels.
? Discuss and freeze the Annual Targets with each Distributor and Resellers.
? Implement Company’s Channel Business strategies.
? Effectively implement Information Management Sales Plans to enter new market segments and/or to introduce new products for sale through current or newly developed channels.
? Plan and run various marketing programs, sales campaigns, channel schemes and OTL & BTL activities for Brand promotion and channel motivation in respective Region in co-ordination with Marketing team to support annual sales objectives and unique channel opportunities.
? Identify new potential markets and appoint new Resellers/Partners to meet the business plan.
? Work closely with Industry Managers in their respective region and support to close large deals with them by introducing right channel partners in the value chain to win projects.
? Work closely with Service Support/planning Teams to ensure smooth operations
? Define all criteria and implement monthly analysis process including KPI: volume, revenue, average price and inventory level and CE: update and forecast the results
Partner Management
? Work out strategy business planning towards the partner or channel accounts.
? Identify the right channel partner to fulfill company's business objectives
? Manage / Support Distributors/Resellers to achieve and enhance sales, revenue and profit targets.
? Develop and manage Distributor budgets and forecast. Guide & support Distributors to achieve desired products mix / segment wise achievement of targets.
? Develop and implement performance improvement programs for non performing distributors.
? Drive high levels of partner sales productivity by educating channel and reseller partners.
? Sales presentations & field sales calls with Partners, closing and post sales installations.
? Daily hands-on contact with Channel Partners for pre-sales planning, forecasting pipeline,
? Continually evaluate distributor coverage for area of responsibility or performance issues and develop plans to ensure appropriate levels of sales and distribution.
? Provide support to dealers in recruitment and skill enhancement, development of their sales team, organize training programs etc. To maximize reseller sales and support capabilities.
? Evaluate Distributor’s/reseller’s performance periodically, identify gaps & root causes and provide appropriate directions, support and inputs to the partners to enable them to achieve their targets.
? Coordinate settlement of partner’s issues / claims and implement sales incentive schemes.
? Support partners in resolving and preventing Customer issues and Complaints & in identifying & implements preventive steps so that such issues do not recur
? Ensure adherence by dealers to company’s policies, processes and standards
Market Information
? Collect and analyze market data on current trends, competition activities and latest developments in the industry.
? Provide regular market related information/updates to the management to build future strategies, take timely corrective measures, new product development etc.
? Control and manage the forecast and pipeline in the respective region.
? Collect customer feedback on products and services as well as relating to partner’s performance

Requirements:
? Graduate with Diploma in Sales / Post Graduate in Management (Marketing) / (Others)
? 9-12 Years of Channel management sales experience
? Expertise with document scanners, software, support and services
? Must have experience managing an expense budget.
? Strong selling abilities. Successful track record of selling through Channel Partners.
? Demonstrate a very good track record in achieving sales targets and growth.
? Ability to logically plan, set priorities, identify and resolve problems to produce results.
? Detail-oriented with good organizational skills and ability to perform well under deadlines.
