Position Scope/职位简要:
? Team member of regional Advanced Manufacturing Engineering & Maintenance Network to implement, standardize, maintain and improve the Maintenance processes across all OE business units within its region.
? Implement, maintain and improve best practices on Maintenance processes and the operation performance of the equipment within different plants inside its region.
? Assure the implementation for a cost competitive structure, the strategy for Spare Parts, tools and Supplier Maintenance Contracts.

Description/职位描述:
? Strong regional support of complex process/equipment issues, root cause analyses & improvement actions.
? Supports the Definition of the standards for existing and future OE manufacturing processes/equipment in the areas of layout, machine design, safety systems, material yield, reliability, capability and data acquisition in order to assure the maintenance performance capability for the required/expected OEE performance.
? Participates on the standardization and updating of the Equipment Construction main specification to be followed by the suppliers (GTE & ECAP). Assures that the process is followed in all plants across its region.
? Assures that the Global Maintenance contracts with key suppliers as well as the remote access system are followed within its region.
? Strong support AME/ME and Maintenance local network.
? Drives Maintenance Monthly reviews following the actions to achieve budged targets.
? Spare Parts management system deployment to assure best practice cost philosophy
? Supports equipment pre-acceptance for new equipments together with local Maintenance team.
? Closely works with the Global Maintenance Manager and the other Regional Maintenance Managers to strength the regional and global expertise maintenance network, as well as with the manufacturing sites to establish best Maintenance practices and the strategies to achieve standardization and competitive cost.
Participates with the other regional maintenance managers to assure equally deployment of all the initiatives within regions to pursuit the maintenance system excellence.

Qualifications/职位要求:
? Bachelor’s Engineering degree; electrical or mechanical preferred.
? Management experience and background in automotive industry is an advantage
? At least 4 years management experience in Maintenance/Manufacturing roles, with increasing responsibility and regional scope.
? Experience and demonstrable capability in Maintenance
? Success in managing multiple, complex projects and changing priorities, making sound decisions and working effectively in a highly technical, team oriented environment.
? Lean Expert or Black Belt certified is preferred. High practical knowledge in using six sigma tools specifically DFSS.
? High level of English to assure proper communication flow.
? Experience on maintenance management systems; SAP or other MRP’s
? Adaptable and a good team player with demonstrable leadership skills
? Demonstration of appropriate communication skills
? Able to build and maintain effective working relationship
? Willingness to adopt new approaches and good learner.
? Able to demonstrate excellent verbal and numerical skills
