职位描述：
lMain Responsibilities:
Maintenance of ERP system accounting FA master data

Reviewing data entry regarding to General Ledger function in daily operation accurately and timely, e.g. accruals/amortizations/defers/adjustments and all journal entries

Review vouchers and related documents to ensure compliance to group policy and regulations, GAAP

Review financial and management reports of the plants, ensure overall closing procedures are completed and properly documented, and financial data are timely and correctly prepared;

Analyses financial performance against budget and prior year, and support Head of Finance in Shanghai to identify reasons for variance and propose action plans accordingly;
Support Regional Finance Manager to verify tax calculation of the plants to ensure compliance with tax regulations, and cooperate with plant finance managers to resolve tax related issues;

Support Regional Finance Manager to develop and implement standard operating procedures;

Liaise with auditor; comply with the requirements from external and internal audit

Communicate with Headquarter for the accounting issues and support Headquarter finance when necessary

Support finance manager and director to drive process improvement/simplification and update SOP periodically. Drive documentation management across functions to compliance with external regulations and internal policies.

Education/Experience:
University degree with major in accounting or relevant major in finance

Ideally the candidate should have university degree on finance and accounting major and at least 7 years working experience in similar MNCs working environment, preferable with MFG.;

Qualifications/Skills:

 Good command of overall finance knowledges. Manufacturing costing experience is must;

Detailed and practical knowledge of financial accounting / reporting;

Good analytical skills in manufacturing business;

 Good knowledge in accounting system and excellent excel skill;

 Ability to work independently and initiatively;

 Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin and English. 举报 分享
