职位描述

Job Title: Junior HR Manager-Greater China

Organization: CSAV Group (China) Shipping Co., Ltd.

Department: Headquarter of Greater China

Reports to: HRGM-Greater China

Dotted-Line Reports (if has): Null

Subordinates: Null

Location: Shanghai



General Summary & Purpose:

Work as a HR generalist at the HQ office of CSAV Greater China, taking the responsibilities of a wide range in HR functions, mainly including but not limited to employment relationship, training and development, performance management and recruitment.



Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

· Provide insights on individual employee development needs to line managers/their supervising management so as to support their decisions on employee development planning (i.e. nomination of talent candidates, participants for development programs).

· Participate in employee development discussions and provide consultation (i.e. identification of employee for development, design of development plans, handling position transfer opportunity as part of development plan)

· Closely coordinate with management committee, including joint efforts in working out development programs for identified development employees.

· Supervise the collection and consolidation of annual training needs analysis according to the agreed template, parameters, budgets, schedule to support employee development and training programs.

· Work as the coordinator to organize the company events if necessary, i.e. newsletters, photo show, annual party, outing, etc.

· Keep abreast of market conditions and practices, legal regulations and make appropriate recommendations to manager teams.

· Manage all labor lawsuits.

· Develop, update and implement all HR policies and procedures based on China's regulation and labor law, in alignment with company's policy and procedures

· Improve and implement the appraisal system and related procedure in accordance with the business development, and timely update JD

· Daily monitor the achievement of performance appraisal.

· Communicate and cooperate between the departments to analysis and identify the recruitment needs (JD and JR)

· Draw up of the recruitment plan and procedure, and monitor the completion of the recruitment requests.

· Setup and make full use of various of recruitment channels to meet the recruitment needs from all the departments.

· Improve the demission interviews for our analysis the potential reasons of staffs' turnover.

· And other tasks assigned by HRGM.

Job Specifications:

Education: Bachelor degree or above

Experience: At least 5 years' solid experiences in Human Resource of a MNC environment with 3 years' supervisory level.

Language: Fluent in both written & oral English

Computer Literacy: Strong PC skills, especially in Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Specialist Knowledge: Good knowledge of rules and regulations relating to China labor laws

Essential Skills:

1. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, detail oriented and good analytical skills;

2. Self-initiative and proactive with the ability to work with people at different levels;

3. Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy, confidential, pressure environment;

4. Ability to manage and coach subordinates.
