职位描述：
Job Responsibility

1. Admin for China offices, including SZ,XM,FZ,SH,QD,BJ, etc.
a) Responsible for ensuring that the telecommunication (e.g. telephone/fax machines) system are working properly and periodic maintenance of the system and the machines are conducted
b) This includes the responsibility of ensuring that all office equipment, furniture and fixtures are properly maintained and periodic maintenance for office equipment is conducted
c) Act as ATM’s representative with the Building Management Office for general administration services including car park services and maintenance related issues
d) Responsible for maintaining office equipment (including furniture) inventory records and ensuring that it is updated periodically (record accuracy)
e) Perform specific tasks or projects that may be assigned by immediate supervisor from time to time

2. Business analyst report and data collection from ATM system and Arrow Oracle system.

Job requirements

1. At least 2-3 years of which in a supervisory with an office administration role,
2. Highly developed organization skills, strong interpersonal and customer service skills;
3. Excellent communication skills, especially English language skills;
4. Proficient PC skills, Good in Excel and PPT
