岗位职责:
1) Manage daily marketing activity related to the midpower product line.
2) Support sales team with special pricing and customer-specific performance/specifications.
3) Create and maintain product datasheets.
4) Negotiate special costs and custom specification support with production lines (Lightning, Hongli/Smalight and UMO).
5) Work with the production lines to maintain market competitiveness with continuous product performance improvement and cost reductions.
6) Work with operations team to manage inventory for samples and key customer production inventory
7) Create sales tools including demo kits, powerpoint sales presentations, product training, and product roadmaps
8) Visit key customers to align roadmaps and win new business
9) Enter new part numbers into the Luminus systems
10) Maintain overall profitability of the midpower product business
11) Forecast WW midpower business volume with input from WW sales and work with operations team to ensure capacity will support the anticipated growth.
任职要求:
1) English fluency both written and oral is 100% essential since most of the Midpower business is overseas.
2) A technical degree in engineering is essential to enable understanding of the optical, electrical, and mechanical nature of the product.
3) 2+ years experience with lighting, LEDs or other electrical components is strongly desired.
