KPMG's Risk and Compliance Services has grown substantially since its establishment. We help organisations improve their corporate governance practices, risk management and internal control systems by focusing on strategic and operational risk issues spanning different functions and operating units. We provide governance, risk and compliance services to support compliance with listing rules and other regulatory requirements, and assist in developing integrated frameworks that unify governance, risk, compliance and assurance functions.
Responsibilities:
· Perform advisory services to implement operational risks framework and system for financial institutions
· Supervise a growing specialist team and contribute to the career development of team members
· Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel
· Build strong internal relationships within Advisory and across other services
Requirements:
· Familiar with Basel and CRBR requirement and strong knowledge with risk management issues
· Hands-on working experience in financial institutions or with advisory experience in consulting firms
· Ability to work independently to resolve unstructured problems
· Team player who has leadership potential
· Strong verbal and written communication
