Responsibilities:

1. Performs routine collection duties, include, timely phone call communication with the customers, and followed by email confiration; May be required to visit clients to press for payment of accounts or to pick-up payments;
2. Co-work with Accoutant on Cash collection in system;
3. Review the updated status AR reports from Qlik view, and draw management team's attention, should any problem AR in timely maner;
4. Update and maintain system record for Credit customers;
5. Booking agent / credit customer application compliance;
6. Support Cash position job on "Cash receipt" forecast
7. other on ad hoc task

Job Specifications:

1. College or Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting, Business, or equivalent

2. Up to 1 year's experience in accounting;

3. Strong communication skills

4. Good Analysis skills

5. Oral and written fluency in English and Mandarin required

6. Teamwork spirit required

7. Self-motivated and self-starter
