职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Monitor attendance record and draft monthly payroll.
2. Make initial orientation to new employees and handle employees' on board or resign formality.
3. Assist in recruitment process.
4. Support company team on day-to-day administrative work and provide secretarial and clerical support to management.
5. Make travel arrangements: plane, train ticket and hotel bookings; issue itineraries. And prepare travel expenses reports
6. Monitor office supplies such as stationery, water, etc. and purchase small office equipment
7. Translation of documents and archive.
8. Answer and direct phone calls as operator, take messages, schedule appointments/meeting room managements
9. Manage courier and postal services
10. Organize car occupancy and driver's schedule
11. Data entry and miscellaneous duties
12. Other HR & Admin functions as required.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree, major in English or Human Resource related with 3 to 4 years PRC experience or outstanding college graduates may apply.
2. Efficient, good time management and organizational skills
3. Able to work independently, balance and prioritize multiple tasks
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
5. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
6. Well organized, good at filing, mature, and hardworking
7. Excellent judgment and common sense
8. Initiative, detail-oriented, responsible and accountable
9. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin

Tai Ping Carpets (Xiamen) Company Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tai Ping. Located in Haicang Export Processing Zone and designed by Sandrolini, now we have finished construction. The new Artisan Workshop will begin operations from May 2016 producing handmade products for Tai Ping’s global residential, aviation and yacht customers.
The new Artisan Workshop is designed by Paris based Sandrolini Architects, with a focus on functionality, world class design and sustainability initiatives along with optimum work conditions, representing Tai Ping’s commitment to preserve the craft of rug making and offering a superior customer experience.
Production of handmade rugs and carpet will be supported by a high technology dyeing plant and an advanced testing facility to guarantee quality compliance of all materials sourced, manufactured and dispatched from the factory.
