Work Experience Requirements：
*Language Proficiency: Speaking Listening/Writing
1. Able to recap meetings independently
2. Understand inquiries in both daily
conversation and emails;
Feedback information in appropriate language (grammars/positive languages, etc.)
Good at Excel, word and Power point
Key Responsibilities：
*Operation
1) Factory Management for PO/ on time shipment, production, materials, capacity, and resource etc. critical highlight based on the process control.
2) Inspection scheduling arrangement and coordination.
3) Document and database management, including data file, Guarantee Letter etc.
4) Service parts support and communication.
5) Cross functional team cooperation and communication. (including US team and customer side)
6) Lead time and WIP knowledge apply into vendor management.
*Product Compliance:
1) Testing and factory audit execution.
2) 3rd party lab driving power.
