General Responsibilities:
Arranging operational process for rail shipments, preparing quotations and working on inquires. Assist the Product manager on various topics.
Job Responsibilities:
Control the booking process including check the details whenever necessary
Collect Clearance Doc and place to destination colleagues for checking
Communicate with overseas or direct clients and get feedback or instructions
Working for the operation part and sending the information updating between Vendor and shipper/supplier/clients.
Check the payment, invoicing and update in system accordingly when required
Issue FCR/HBL between with railway company and shipper
Receive freight inquiries from suppliers/shippers/sales
Ensure to follow SOP and KPIs
Collect Clearance Doc and place to destination colleagues for checking
Communicate with overseas or direct clients and get feedback or instructions
Check the payment, invoicing and Update in system accordingly when required
Ensure smooth running of each countries for cross-docking and send tracing reports daily
Keep close dialogue within network including overseas team for rate confirmation and shipment follow up
Solve problems and complaints from suppliers and clients if any
Help to deal with suppliers and customer queries, including questions regarding accounts
Provide our price to suppliers/shippers/sales etc
Update new rates and tariffs to suppliers/shippers/sales etc
Make complete pricing for multimodal transport
Has practical knowledge and experience of freight forwarding handling and railway transportation
Other tasks assigned by management
Qualifications & Requirements:
Knowing operation of ocean or air shipments has connections in the Freight forwarding industry, understand freight forwarding handling Railway transportation experience useful.
College degree or above.
At least 4 years industry related working experiences.
Open minded, self-discipline, committed, presentable
