职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.Attend to sales & general enquiries from local customers. Prepare price quotation/sales contract if required.
致力于跟澳洲内销客人的关于销售订单问题的询问和远程沟通（办公地点在厦门）。若有需要，准备报价单或者是合同。
2.Coordinate and monitor the domestic order fulfillment, shipment planning and tracking.
协调和跟踪内销订单的完成，计划和安排货物。
3.Execute order to cash transactions in AX to confirm sales in time, in compliance with the procedures, and prepare the tracking records.
根据订单流程，在AX系统里做从订单到现金的操作，并保留跟踪记录。
4.Send the relevant documentation to customers for delivery.
发送相关的文件给客人，配合他们的提货。
5.Deal with finance adjustments based on appropriate approval.
根据审批流程，处理财务调账。
6.Handle and feedback to customers' requirements and complaints pertaining to our goods & services.
处理和反馈客人提出的关于货物和服务的要求和投诉。
7.Proper filing of all shipment files and financial documents.
对所有出口和财务文件进行归档。
8.Work closely with other functions to drive for process.
和其他相关部门密切配合，推进流程的改善。
9.Run and monitor order status and sales reports.
下载订单和销售报表，并会分析和跟踪。

Job Requirements:
1.University graduate.
大学毕业
2.Knowledge in order process and customer service.
订单经验
3.Strong command of oral and written English. Fluent oral communication with Australia local customer is required.
精通英语, 需要能和澳洲本地客人流利的沟通。
4.Can read and wite in Engish for the mail
良好的英文能力，会阅读和写英文邮件
5.Good at EXCEL. Experiences in Microsoft Dynamics AX is preferred.
熟练运用EXCEL，有微软的AX系统经验优先
6.Good communication and problem solving skills.
良好的沟通和解决问题的能力
7.Customer orientated. Result orientated.
