--与客户紧密沟通完成产品前期的样品申请和承认
--有效地管理供应商
---与供应商协商业务条款
---与供应商建立亚太区域的合作流程
---与财务沟通建立供应商编码
---协助解决供应过程中的交期和质量问题
---优化工作流程
3，建立数据分析用于
--供应商成本分析
--特定产品种类的市场趋势分析
--客户要求的价格绩效分析
4，优秀的与外部客户协作的能力
--在客户厂内驻厂，与客户项目经理/采购紧密联系，掌握项目进程，和物料要求
--在规定时间内及时回复客户的要求
--能有效地使用远程工具与客户进行远程合作
5，与领导团队合作识别和建立用于供应商开发的工具和方法
6，积极参与公司的持续改进项目

要求：
--本科或本科以上学历或等同的工作经验
--3-5年的sourcing经验，有source电脑电子产品，网路/服务器/笔记本/台式机外设附件产品经验者优先，有在sourcing公司工作经验者优先
--愿意从事开发不同行业的不同产品
--自我激励，能在压力下独立工作
--对数据敏感，拥有良好的数据分析能力
--熟练的英语听说读写能力
--较强的问题解决能力，能够组织协调多个任务
--较强的沟通能力
--熟练使用MS office
--拥有财务和关务经验者优先

Responsibilities:
1. Promotes the World Wide Technology Core Values and Corporate Goals
2. Delivers Operational Excellence through
    -Source various commodities with competitive price and effective sourcing management focused on supplier selection
    - Have resources or good at finding manufacturer/distributor etc. source for computer electronic products, accessories and peripherals for networking/server/laptop/desktop
    -Quotation and SLA Management
-FA management
    -Effective supplier management
    -Negotiate business terms with supplier
    -Work with supplier to set up operation process for APJ region
    -On board supplier, and work with finance for vendor code setup
    -Assist to solve issues regarding COS and quality during supply
    -Optimize work process
3. Develops Analytical data to support
    -Supplier cost analysis reports
    -Market trend analysis for specific commodities
    -Customer required supplier cost performance
4. Excellent external customer collaboration
    -On-site at customer factory, work closely with customer PM/buyer to clearly grasp project status and material requirement/specification
    -Timely response to customer requests within agreed upon service level agreements
    -Able to work effectively with customer via remote methods (i.e. conference calls/video)
5. Works with leadership to identify and create tools and methods for sourcing
6. Actively participate in company’s continuous improvement projects

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
-5-7 years sourcing experience, experience with products like computer electronics, accessory for networking/server/notebook/desktop will be preferable; experience working for a sourcing company is a plus
-Desire to work with various products from various Industries
-Self-motivated, ability to work independently under pressure
-Data sensitive and good capability of analyses
-Good command of both spoken and written English
-Strong problem solving skills, ability to organize multi-task
-Strong communication skills
-Strong MS office skills
