职位描述：
Job Purpose：
Developing and introducing new products (Chemical Protective Clothing) by closely working with Global team and local team, to ensure timely delivery of results;
Specific Accountabilities：
1, Developing new products by working with Global Product & Technical Support team and Xiamen team closely, ensure the time/cost/quality under control.
2, Introducing new products into mass production by organising all necessary resources, ensure the whole NPI process is smooth and under control.
3, Leading FMEA on new products during NPD/NPI stage.
4, Driving continuous improvement of current products to better satisfy customers’demand and reduce potential quality issue.
5, Organising and implementing engineering change to products.
6, Providing support to manufacturing & quality issue, analysing problems and improving.
7, Other jobs assigned by head of department.
Qualifications：
1, Bachelor above, Excellent command of English listening, speaking, writing and reading, Proficient in Office software.
2, 5-year experience in new product development, and in which at least 2 years of leading NPD in multinational environment.
3, At least 2-year experience in project management.
4, Personal Protective Equipment industry NPD background preferred.
5, Experience in Six Sigma Green or Lean is a plus.
6, Professional command at new product development and key tools, e.g. QFD, CCR, CTQ, APQP, FMEA etc.
7, Good knowledge of project management and skill.
8, Highly responsible with strong learning ability as well as good communication skill and teamwork spirit.
9, Creative, proactive, logical mind of problem solving. 举报 分享
