职位描述：
Job Purpose/职位目的:
Responsible for the management of SFG workshops to support all kinds of manufacturing tasks with good quality and right quantity.负责半成品车间的管理，以好的质量和正确的库存量为生产任务的完成提供支持。
Specific Accountabilities/具体职责:
1. Arrange the production of SFG workshops properly. 合理安排半成品车间的生产；
2. Take actions to improve quality, reduce cost and improve efficiency. 采取行动以便提高质量、降低成本及提高生产效率；
3. Optimize the arrangement of fabric cutting to improve the utilization of fabric优化排版，提高布料的利用率；
4. Responsible for safety of SFG workshops. 负责半成品车间的安全工作；
5. Responsible for 5S management to create an clean and well-aligned environment 负责5S管理，创造整洁有序的生产环境；
6. Responsible for the training for operators to improve their operating skills. 培训半成品操作工以提高他们的操作技能；
7. Assist finance department into stock counting. 协助财务部门作好半成品车间的盘点工作；
8. Responsible for summarizing the data of production in SFG workshops. 负责汇总半成品车间的生产数据。
9. Assist manufacturing manager to implement lean projects. 协助生产经理推行精益项目；
10. Other jobs assigned by department manager经理交办的其他工作。

Qualifications/任职资格
1. Bachelor degree or above with CET-4. 本科或以上学历，大学英语四级；
2. Minimum 5 years working experience in productive enterprises with 3 years workshops manage experience in foreign-owned factory, familiar with fabric cutting technology and cutting equipment are preferred. 5年以上生产型企业的工作经验，其中3年的外资工厂的车间管理经验，熟悉布料加工工艺和生产设备的使用优先考虑；
3. Proficient computer skills with Microsoft office software熟练使用Office办公软件；
4. Excellent communication skill with strong learning ability and service awareness.良好的沟通能力、极强的学习能力和具备良好的服务意识。 举报 分享
