职位描述：
Job Purpose/ 职位目的:
Responsible for developing process flow for new products and continuously process improving on current products.
Specific Accountabilities/ 具体职责:
1, Developing process flow for new products by analysing process feasibility and reliability；
2, Responsible for product process and standard by create process flow chart and working instruction
3, Calculating piece rate labour cost for new products by measuring man-hour；
4, Participating PFMEA during new products developing；
5, Supporting new products introduction；
6, Cooperating with Engineering department to designing, verifying and introducing related tools, jigs for new products；
7, Improving RTY and reducing manufacturing cost by improving process continuously；
8, Responsible for verifying new process and new material introduction；
9, Supporting production and solving process problems；
10, Other jobs assigned by supervisor and department manager.
任职资格/Qualification:
1,Engineering education background, bachelor and above,3-year experience in similar posts.
2,IE background and IE/Lean experience preferred.
3,Process related experience in clothing industry preferred
4,Personal Protective Equipment （PPE） background a plus.
5,CET-4 above with excellent command of English listening, speaking, writing and reading.
6,Highly responsible with strong learning ability as well as good communication skill and teamwork spirit.
7,Good at logical thinking and problem solving, idea generator.
