Job description
? Liaising with the B2C China KAM, you will help improve coordination and support to distributors and retailing partners organizing weekly/monthly calls and reviews.
? You will be in charge of sell-in & sell-through data collection, coordinating with the sales analysis team to guarantee the set-up of a proper database of business intelligence.
? You will assist in analyzing the sales performance and distribution plans of B2C partners on a regular basis, keeping track of the budget and sales revenues and will help proposing and implementing key actions to achieve the sales targets.
? You will generate business development by client and/or channel in line with the company strategies.
? You will directly manage and be responsible of assigned sales accounts offline as well as online.
? You will provide training to B2C partners increasing product knowledge and sharing distribution best practices.
? You will coordinate with the Regional TM & VM department in Hong Kong to ensure in-store development guidelines are respected and implemented across distribution in all channels.
? You will be responsible for the execution of launch plans by seasonal collection for the assigned clients, in coordination with the overall country launch strategy.
? You will assist in the budget definition process, and will help monitoring the business performance via periodic business reviews with assigned clients.
? You will provide sales forecasts in line with the budget on a regular basis coordinating with the operations team to ensure adequate level of stock are granted by client.
? You will communicate regularly with the marketing team to generate adequate presentation material to be shared with assigned clients.

Requirement
? Solid professional sales background (more than 3 years’ experience) ideally both in: - Direct management of Distributors
- Account management of Top Retailers, ideally in Stationery, Department Stores, Bookstores and Travel Retail channels + online
? Strong understanding of branding as a key asset for business development and negotiations with business partners
? Strong quantitative and analytical skills
? New business development skills
? Highly organized, ability to work under pressure, team player and target oriented.
? Degree holder
? Proficient communication skills in English is a must
? Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
? Sound communication and presentation skills
