Job Description:
? Work on various IT developmental programs that would help the organization reach newer heights. Also needs to take care that all the programs and projects are designed from the point of view of achieving the organizational goals and objectives. IT operations and monitor the overall performance of the entire department. Design IT policies and implement them with the consent of overall.

? Monitor network security and supervise the entire network system of the organization.

? Monitor Server, PC, Printers, Internet safety; in charge of all company PC hardware & software management and maintenance.
? 服务器，计算器，打印机，网络安全的管理维护；公司小型机和所有服务器硬件，软件的管理维护
? Email system & company website update , management & maintenance. Company telephone system update & maintenance.

? Needs to co-operate with all departments to reach a most fitting IT structure for the company. He has to motivate the staff to perform well and also work on plans for employee welfare.

? He should come up with innovative ideas and keep tabs of the latest technology. Figuring out the strategies applied by the nearest competitors is another important part of all the IT duties

Requrement:
？ Bachelor degree on IT related with 3-5 years above working experience
？ Fine English writing & speaking
