职位描述：
For support of our Audit & Inspection Team in China, we are looking for an

Inspector / Senior Inspector (m/f)

VDE Global Supply Chain Services Co., Ltd. (a 100% daughter company of the VDE Testing and Certification Institute) provides independent and high quality testing and inspection services for manufacturers and retailers. With a team of western and local engineers in China we ensure the quality of electronic and mechanical producst for many quality conscious customers worldwide.

Responsibilities:
To perform pre-shipment inspections (PSI), during production inspection (DUPRO), Sample picking (SPK), container loading supervision (CL).
To follow inspection procedures for carrying out the job duties
To prepare reports using VDE inspection internet platform
To report on time findings during inspections
To maintain confidentiality of VDE’s and customers’ information
        Provide quality consultant and in process control support
Quality improvements trough controlling of production and rework directly in the factory
Handling & Controlling of corrective actions
Daily follow up and communication with inspection management in English


Qualifications:
Familiar with inspection standard (AQL single and double sampling)
Good knowledge of electrical/electronic products, consumer electronics, hardgoods
Basic understanding of applicable electrical or electronic product safety standards (EN60335, EN60065 or EN60950)
Good command of written and oral English
Able to travel and work independently
A proven ability and knowledge to produce high quality technical reports in a timely manner.
Proven self-management skills
5+ years of experience as inspectors in third party company or factory environment to be considered as Senior Inspector
Audit experience (according to ISO 9001 and/or BSCI) would be an advantage, but not necessary
AQSIQ certificate holder will be given preference


An interview in English will be conducted by a foreign manager for the right applicants. A training in Shenzhen will be provided for the new employees.
