Job Description
· Knows and understands various kinds of online media channels
· Monitor CN CS weibo, help community and Baidu Tieba for retail/Kindle/AGS/COS using the search of key word “Amazon”.
· Be able to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions via comments, posts and private message reply on social media platform.
· Be able to resolve conflicts and set appropriate expectations with customers.
· Collect and analyze customer needs and trends; communicate with customers in customers’ preference way; report newly-found issues to the relevant dept. for further improvement.
· Work closely with external parties including ECR, PR, legal, GL and engineers for public escalation issues/sensitive issues via social media channels
· Be responsible for Amazon retail, Kindle and AGS social media image promotion and branding; use social media to interact with customers via new promotion activities and engagement campaigns so as to enlarge the fans group, and expand influence on customers.
· Have the ability for script writing, video directing, video editing, filming etc; provide more help through the novel way to lower the CPU on site.
· Check quality and accuracy of the responded content which are posted by the amazon BBS community users and VIP users. Provide them with correct guidance and take actions in accordance with their needs.
· Review the quality and accuracy of our replies in social media platform.
· Have multi-skills to support each other in social media team, such as weibo, WeChat skills for retail/Kindle/AGS/COS.
Basic Qualifications
· Good mindset of customer service related.
· Basic typing, phone, and computer navigation skills;
· Be sensitive with the high risk case on social media channels;
· Be good at writing, such as posliteraturet, article. it would be better with literature knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
· Fluent English skill for reading, writing, speaking.
· Fluent Microsoft skill, excel, ppt
· Fluent skill at video/picture editing, can use photoshop, coreldraw, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software fluently.
· Active thinking and innovation ability.
