Amazon's Seller Marketplace is a large and fast growing business where millions of customers transact with hundreds of thousands of sellers, who range from individuals to large retailers. In this context Amazon is looking for talented, English and Mandarin speaking Listing Account Specialists based in China to support the international seller business on the European Amazon websites and bring improvements to the existing product catalog.

The Listing Account Specialist will work with our Sellers to improve the quality of their listings on Amazon. They will educate Sellers on the advantages of high-quality listings and identify the causes of poor listing quality. They will advise Sellers on the technical aspects of listing improvement and report progress to internal stakeholders. The Listing Account Specialist will also interface with internal technical and business teams around the globe and contribute to platform changes and improvements.

Computer/internet-savvy candidates with great interpersonal skills should apply.

Responsibilities:
? Actively manage a portfolio of international sellers whose listings need improvement
? Clearly communicate the benefits of high-quality listings to sellers
? Work with sellers to define timelines and corrective actions
? Identify root causes of listing problems and drive resolution
? Maintain service levels defined per project and ensures consistent quality of delivery
? Engage internal and external customers/teams to define requirements, test data integrity, and verify business processes

Basic Qualifications:
? Young professional with Bachelor /Under-graduate degree (preferably in E-commerce, Business, Marketing or Computer Science)
? Fluency in written and oral English as the company language and German, Italia, French, Spanish or Mandarin
? Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel, ability to create macros) applications
? Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and passion for delivering great customer experience is required
? Excellent communication skills with the ability to face internal and external partners in a professional and mature manner
? Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets

Preferred Qualifications
? Work experience in a technical account management position or similar is a plus
? Basic understanding of eCommerce and B2B Communication (XML and Webservices)
? nice to have: SQL basics
