职位描述：
ACCOUNTABILITIES
？ Establish and maintain long-term and stable cooperative relations with part of Key Project Clients ( Include such as the international hotel management groups, the national-scale real estate developer, the world famous designer firms, the architect, general contractor, etc.),and establish of strategic cooperative partnership with them
？ In charge of the projects in planning, budgeting, organization
？ Daily contact and regularly visit these key clients
？ Integrate and analyze of projects information which handle by these clients in South China
？ Manage and develop project business in key designer clients, implement the direct sales in these key clients gradually, achieve the target sales turnover.
？ Provide satisfying specifications to key designer clients for projects which are the most suitable and benefit to our products to win the bid on the basis of the specific situation of different projects
？ Cooperate with product manager and customer service manager to communicate with German headquarters and other regional branch offices when there is a necessary to processing our products because needs of key clients.
？ Analyze advantages and disadvantages of our products and competitors’ products, integrate competitors’ new products information, and regularly provide national project manager analytical reports and recommended strategies
？ Responsible for all key client projects' declaration, tracking, quotation and the coordination with dealers




Requirements on knowledge & skills:
Knowledge:
？ Bachelor degree
？ Good English skills written and daily oral
Skills:
？ Sales experience >6 years, and over 3 years project management experience.
？ Familiar with Key Account business channel include developer / hotel.
？ Willingness to travel.
？ Good communication skills
