职位描述：
【Job Description】
1. Reconcile sales data with e-future & retail system and post
2. Daily collection of tenancy stores, including credit care/alipay/wechat, ensure all receipt clearing on time
3. Responsible for rental and property management fee application
4. Verify sales with landlord statement, issue VAT invoice to landlord
5. Double check surcharge in landlord statement and collect invoice
6. Accrual turnover rental and all kind expenses of retail stores.
7. Maintain vender information, keep communication with retail stores and landlord if any issue
8. Prepare Account Receivable aging monthly by stores
9. Support monthly bank reconciliation
10. Cooperate with annual audit on Account Receivable.
11. Follow the group insurance policy and contact with insurance broker if any case to be compensated

【Job Requirements】
1. Bachelor degree with the major in Finance/Accounting
2. Related internship experience in finance/Accounting, best of retail industry.
3. Strong communication skills, coordination ability and basic English Skills
4. Strong sense of responsibility, detail oriented and high teamwork spirit
5. Good computer skills, especially in MS Office 举报 分享
